Our Process:
Consultation Visit:
All landscape projects start with an on-site consultation between the client and a landscape designer. During the consultation, the designer will discuss your landscape needs, ideas, expectations and budget for the project. At this time, the designer may make immediate recommendations or discuss the design/installation process and plan fees. There is a non-refundable $50.00 consultation fee for this visit.
Landscape Design Process:
After your landscape plan is completed, the designer will meet with you and discuss the design, materials and cost for the project. The landscape plan remains the property of Noble Landscape & Garden Center until the balance of the design fee is paid or the installation is complete.
Plan Fee:
Plan fees typically range from $200-$600, fees could be more or less depending on the complexity of the project. Half (50%) of the plan fee is collected as a deposit before plans are drawn with the balance due when the plan is given to you without an installation contract. When you choose too have Noble install the project the plan fees paid will be applied to-wards the final payment of the project.
*Consultation and plan fees are not credited to-wards garden center purchases.
*All plant materials (excluding annuals) installed by the residential division are guaranteed for one year from date of installation. Hardscape construction is guaranteed for five years from date of installation for material defect and workmanship.
